Availability: Your custom cross necklace is hand-made and made-to-order. Production and delivery is within 4 weeks. The jewelry you will receive is not these exact images, but one will be made as a match to their likeness. No matter how many of these I make, each is unique in baring its own marks and scars – imperfections that leave an imprint of intention and give it life – so that it would call for attention and its essence would carry on. Always, a one-of-a-kind.
I hope this necklace will reflect your brilliant faith.
Materials: Pure Silver (FS.999) metal clay, decorated with a variety of gem stones such as emerald, sapphire, ruby, cubic zirconia, peridot, and other high heat fireable stones.
Design: You will have the opportunity to select the size of the cross and the stones that will be whimsically set into its face. Chain options to complete your cross include Argentium Silver and Argentium Silver intricately hand-wired with faceted zirconium stones of complimentary colors.
Before You Order: Decide just how brilliant you want your cross to be! A flash of all the colors? Singular color or just two or three? A rule of thumb is to select no more than 5 stone colors. A small cross will have 5-6 stones and a large cross will have 8-9 stones.
Before submitting your order, write in the comments up to five stone colors and any additional asks which might be helpful, ie: predominance of blue as an example. Should you leave the comments empty, don't worry, we will reach out to you promptly by email so we won't have much delay.
Process: Once your order is received, work begins – stone selection to fabrication to pre-fire. You will receive an email with an image for PRE-FIRE APPROVAL. As soon as we hear back that your cross is approved, it will go to fire. Beyond fire, we bring it to life, and your cross will surly be something exciting to unbox!
Order received –> fabrication to pre-fire –> email approval –> finish and ship.
Argentium Silver is a great metal option because it has a higher purity than sterling, making its natural color gleam like that of pure silver. It is brilliant, and stunning to look. I think it's a great metal for intricate chain work because of its superior strength, tarnish resistance, and ease of care. And, it is suitable for those who are unable to wear traditional sterling silver due to its antibacterial and hypoallergenic properties.
When not wearing your silver jewelry, keep in a cool, dark place, and store separately from other pieces of jewelry to prevent any chance of scratching or tangling with each other. You can also use anti-tarnish strips with your jewelry to help prevent tarnishing.
Hot water from the tap and harsh dish soap or detergent scan permanently damage silver. Also, contact with stainless steel utensils will cause silver to develop black spotting that does not come off.
To clean your silver jewelry, use a mix of lemon and olive oil: 1/2 cup lemon juice and 1 tsp. olive oil. Dip a clean cloth in the solution and gently rub the silver until it shines. Rinse and dry. With a little research, you'll find other cleaning methods that work just as well while being chemical free and safe for your jewelry.

I load the canvas with paint and work it over the surface, to give it movement and place. And then I stand back, to seek what is there.
