I Stand With Erika!

I've been silent, processing. Stunned. Watching as the world reacts to the assassination of Charlie Kirk. He was someone who I listened to often. I loved him as a brother in Christ. I reveled in watching his debates and clips all over social media. I have four young adult children and hoped always that Charlie was someone whose work and words caught their attention. He was someone who I saw as an incredible mentor and leader for the youth and young adults. Charlie, in his young years even had the ear of my age, generation, and older, because he exemplified the change we have been praying for and have hoped for. And we understand that the youth is going to ring in the change that this nation needs as the spiritual war wages. We need to support the youth of this nation. 

Charlie lived his faith out in the open, unapologetically. With a smile and truth as a spear he unraveled the lies of anyone bold enough to bring an argument and debate. It was the best form of entertainment. I've enjoyed many a good laugh at the foolishness Charlie exposed through his truth telling, quick wit, and sharp mind. What a wild place we are in now– the enemy is not merely the foolishness of others, but embodying an entire political party and then some. The utter foolishness that they– the enemy working through willing vessels, the godless, the weak and compromised in spirit– would think we would cower in this hour. Hide in fear that our open faith could bring perhaps the same demise. 

We aren't the foolish. We know the risks. Our demise could be the same. The persecution. Rejection. Retaliation. And yet we have become more bold. Intentional. Dedicated. Shifting from career to calling. From the sidelines to the story. 

What the enemy tried to silence has gone very very wrong. For them. Because in their lack of wisdom, in their foolishness, they missed the part about faith that is entirely empowering. That faith is a driving force fueled from the heavens. Charlie, a willing vessel, planted seeds everywhere he went. Not because he was trying to grow himself, but because he was intentional to expand the Kingdom here on earth and effect a nation towards change. To shift from what the enemy has conjured up, towards Gods idea of family, values, and being truly fruitful. His ideal of life was vibrant even in the midst of the darkness that permeates. 

In the aftermath of his assassination I've noticed a few things happening that leaves me with incredible hope for our future. Let's just say that I know how this story goes and how it ends, and so we know the battle will wage on, and it will get ugly. I'm here for it. We're here for it. But what I see that gives me such hope is that a fire has been ignited! What the enemy tried to silence has erupted with ferver, intention, and strength. The seeds planted and what was Charlies' life work has so suddenly sprouted, across every sector of our corrupted and manufactured society. It is glorious to watch. Riveting. Empowering. As minds and hearts are changed in an instant and the light shines on the deepest plans of the enemy. Only the godless can be unchanged. 

People are seeking and searching out the truth. They will uncover it. They will dig deeper. Thousands are joining in church, in faith groups, creating new Turning Point chapters, singing praises and prayers in the streets, GLOBALLY!  Turning to God. Discovering they have an identity that is so very different from what the enemy has conned them into believing. And those who are openly celebrating the fall of Charlie are being put out in the light for all to see. They have failed to recognize that this is not a fall after all. THIS IS THE TURNING POINT.  Have you seen the buildings burning? Have you seen violence taken to the streets? Have you seen anything other than prayer vigils and hymns across the United States, in London and Belfast, Sydney and South Africa, Japan and on it goes?  No, neither have I, and therefore it should be ever more apparent that the enemy has embodied one party only. The God mockers. Bred and born through demonic lineage and any open vessel to do their works. The enemy occupies a governmental beast. 

Brazenly, it is obvious now to us all that this has transcended politics, and is clearly good verses evil. THAT is the hill Charlie died on. He was a martyr and a civil servant of our times. As he questioned matters of deep state entanglement in his last days, this knowledge of matters leads only to allegiance to Christ and less the government as it is two wings of the same bird. We do not have a constitutional government and that is what we fight for. 

Now we rise up and STAND WITH ERIKA. We support wherever we need to in-order that our youth and young adults continue the truth telling. Continue to walk in faith. Continue to seek after who God says they are. Not who the world has aggressively and actively been shaping them into. 

As a mother of four, my heart cries for Erika and I mourn along side her with tremendous sympathy, though I have not walked in her shoes. It is an impossibility because of the magnitude by which Charlie has changed the landscape in his passing, and the torch that he has passed. That said, I will tell you that I feel wholeheartedly, without hesitation, that a warrior has arisen in Erika and in many of us as the aftermath develops. Her grief will grow the armor that a great woman will carry into war. Her tears will blind the enemy and cause them to slip into defeat. And from the field of many seeds that Charlie has sown, is an army of protege, and Erika will stand in his place. Torch blazing. We are not done. We are just getting started.

Turning Point was prophetic in name, and in Charlies passing, an army rises. 

I pledge as I hope you will, too, to stand with Erika. Offer her prayers and support. Continue this walk in faith, as that is where we will find our strength in the field together. We are one - nation under God.
