Order & Shipping Information
Source for Being is comprised of unique product which is either made-on-demand, or in some cases may be in-stock. Products ready in-stock for shipping will be clearly notated within the product page and description.
In the case of ready-to-ship, all orders usually make it to the shipping partner in 1-2 days. Once with the shipping partner your delivery process is based on what was selected at checkout. Typically, this means an estimated delivery for ground shipping is within 7 business days, as example, however with congestion in the carrier systems it could take longer.
Shipping for orders which are made-on-demand are dependent on the varied manufacturer sourcing which we have partnered with. The total time includes the time for production and delivery.
Please be mindful of all the moving pieces as we work diligently to smooth the shipping and delivery process, and understand that the nature of our work is not necessarily a fast fashion fix, but instead unique artisan treasures which are well worth the wait.
Jewelry: all jewelry is made by hand in studio. If it is in-stock and ready for same day or next day shipping, it will be clearly notated within the product page and description. Otherwise, all jewelry orders are made-on-demand. This means as soon as the order is received, work will begin.
Currently, all made-on-demand jewelry art is running roughly 4 weeks out from start to delivery. This means you may receive your order WITHIN this timeframe. We will communicate via email with you during the creating of your order and will let you know when it is ready to ship.
Giclee fine art prints: you can expect to receive your art print within 5-7 days of placing your order.
Original fine art: we will communicate with you directly in this case and ship within 2 business days, unless a crate is required for large format work. In the case of large format, we kindly ask for additional time to make sure the correct shipping measures are taken to protect your investment.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification via email. This email will contain your tracking number. But if you're having trouble tracking your order, don't hesitate to drop us a line via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Quick answer is NO, however that is not always the case.
We will always do our best to accommodate your needs. However, our orders get processed super quickly, and in many cases your it may include an item made-on-demand, which simply is not an easy task to stop after it goes to production. As a result, in most cases we are not able to cancel or edit orders due to the nature of custom operations, but don't hesitate to ask. We'll certainly try.
In the case of a made-on-demand jewelry order, you can make a request to alter an order if production has not yet been finalized. Your best chance is to reach out regarding your concerns as soon as possible.
Ultimately we want you to love your jewelry and if for any reason you do not, we will honor a return or an exchange. Please inform us of your concerns before 30 days from the date of delivery, so we can coordinate with you to achieve the best path forward.
A refund will be minus any shipping or return fees, and will take place once we have received the jewelry back and have approved its original condition. We recommend that you use shipping insurance on a return, as if we do not receive the jewelry back, we can not issue a refund of any kind.

All Tania Jarvinen jewelry has a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers flaws and damage caused by what we deem is due to a flaw. Normal wear and tear is not covered. If your purchase is not covered by warranty, It is sometimes possible for us to make a repair for a nominal fee.
