Return Policies:
Products
In-stock, apparel, art jewelry, natural beauty, gifts & accessories: we accept returns up to 15 days from the date your order was placed so long as it is in its original, unworn, unopened, undamaged condition with tags in place, unless in the case of damage during shipping.
Shoes: due to the nature of crafted to order, we can only accept returns in carefully considered circumstances. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt of your order with concerns. It is best to make sure you carefully measure your shoe size before ordering. Shoes are generally not accepted for return or exchange.
Pre-order apparel: we accept returns up to 15 days from the date your order is received so long as it is in its original, unworn, undamaged condition with tags in place, unless in the case of damage during shipping.
Giclee prints and Giclee framed prints: are not eligible for returns or refunds unless in the case of damaged items. We are happy to facilitate a complimentary exchange.
Original art: we honor a consideration period so you can make sure it looks great. If for any reason it is not the right work for your space, we will accept a return or exchange request up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be billed for the return shipping.
The return or exchange of Original Art is coordinated by direct communication and is to be billed to the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can work with you to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. While we make every attempt to accommodate a return or exchange up to 15 days from the date of delivery it is not always possible due to the nature of made to order and custom. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific order.
Regretfully, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
To determine if an item is eligible for an exchange, please email us within 15 days of placing your order at returns@sourceforbeing.com.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of the status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
A refund is minus any shipping or return fees. We recommend that you add shipping insurance on a return such as original art or jewelry. If we do not receive those items back, we cannot issue a refund of any kind.
