Size Guide
First. Measure your feet correctly
1. Place a sheet of paper on the floor, stepping your foot on it, making sure you are wearing the socks you would be using with the shoes you are going to purchase. Draw on the paper the contour of your foot using a pencil.
2. Draw 2 horizontal markings, one on the heel side and the second on the front end of the foot. Measure the length of the foot with a measuring tape or a ruler.
3. To measure the width of the foot, locate the widest part of it. Surrounding all the foot with a measuring tape, obtain the width of the foot.

With the right care, each pair will soften, deepen in character, and become uniquely yours. To preserve the integrity and elegance of your shoes:
- Store thoughtfully in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight
- Use a soft brush or cloth to gently remove dust and surface debris
- Condition leather regularly to maintain suppleness and prevent drying
- Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and allow shoes to air dry naturally
- Rotate wear to give materials time to rest and retain their shape

Exchanges & Adjustments
In the rare event that an adjustment is needed, or damage has occured in transite, requests must be approved in advance. If approved:
- Returns must be shipped back directly to us (not the manufacturer)
- Shoes and box must be in perfect and unworn condition
- You must make your request within 7 days of recieving your order
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- A restocking or remake fee may apply depending on the situation
